Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm
The Human Resources/Finance Assistant works as an integral part of the administration team. The Human Resources/Finance Assistant performs, but is not limited to, the following duties: assists with recruiting, hiring, training, benefits administration, compliance and compensation, data collection and preparation. Performs various bookkeeping duties including accounts payable/receivable, and related activities in support of the finance department. This position may require a flexible schedule including 1st, and 2nd shifts. The agency has the right to change shifts based on the needs of the organization.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management
- Human Resources and/or bookkeeping and accounting experience preferred.
- Good working knowledge of computers required.
- Requires valid driver’s license due to some business-related travel.
