Admission Criteria:

Must be homeless or chronically homeless in the city of program location. Diagnosed with a disability of chronic substance use and/or mental health disorder.
Must meet HUD income guidelines
Fall River HUD income guidelines
New Bedford HUD income guidelines

These programs serve homeless and chronic homless individuals in need of housing in combination with supportive services. Services include case management and integrated wrap around services including on-site mental health and substance abuse treatment through our Stepping Forward project.
Stepping Forward is made available through a grant provided by the United States Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Find out more about SAMHSA
