Stone Residence provides 22 single room occupancy units of permanent supportive housing to chronic homeless individuals disabled with co-occurring disorders

• Psycho-educational groups
• 24 hour crisis intervention services

Admission Criteria

•18 years of age or older
• Chronic homeless in the City of Fall River for a period of one year or has experience three or more incidents of homelessness in the last four years
• Diagnosed with co-occurring (substance abuse and mental illness) or co-existing (substance abuse and HIV/AIDS) disorders
• Must meet HUD’s income guidelines
• Willing to authorize a CORI check, CORI report must be without warrants
• Medically and psychologically stabilized
